We are currently hiring freelance specialists for two key roles to support a major digital transformation initiative within the insurance sector:

🔹 AI Engineers – Contextual Chatbot Specialists

Scope:

• Design and develop intelligent chatbots for internal and external use cases.
• Implement contextual understanding and multi-turn dialogue capabilities.
• Integrate with CRM, claims management, and customer service platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with NLP frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, LangChain).
• Strong understanding of LLMs and conversational AI.
• Experience with deployment in enterprise environments.
• Fluency in French or Dutch is essential.

🔹 Machine Learning Engineers – Image-Based Object Detection

Scope:

• Build and optimize ML models for image recognition and object detection.
• Apply solutions to insurance use cases such as damage assessment and fraud detection.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Expertise in computer vision (OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with image annotation tools and model training pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Fluency in French or Dutch is essential.
