Role Overview

As a Data Specialist, you will join the Marketing & Services data team to kickstart your career in data-driven decision-making. You will receive a comprehensive induction and be mentored by experienced professionals dedicated to your growth. This entry-level role focuses on operational execution and learning the foundational principles of data management.

What You Will Be Dealing With

  • Develop foundational SQL skills by executing, modifying, and testing queries under supervision to generate accurate customer lists and support operational needs.
  • Be responsible for operational tasks related to data quality, including running regular checks, identifying discrepancies, and helping to maintain GDPR compliance.
  • Assist senior team members in collecting, formatting, and preparing data for stakeholder collaboration and the generation of business insights.
  • Take advantage of the support and guidance provided to build your expertise and evolve into a fully responsible Data Specialist.

What Will Help You Succeed In This Role

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
  • Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Safety-conscious and responsible attitude
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Experience with ETL processes and scripting (e.g., Python)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Familiarity with Amazon Redshift or Snowflake
  • Experience with PowerBI or Qlik
  • Estonian or Finnish language skills
  • Internal stakeholder management experience
