The Role

Join the Genius team powering fan engagement with smart ads, AI-driven broadcasts, epic stats, and gamified experiences.

As a Feed Assurance Analyst, you’ll help ensure the accuracy, speed and integrity of live sports data that underpins our products and services. You’ll monitor live feeds, identify and fix discrepancies, and maintain data quality that our partners and fans can rely on. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, live environments and takes pride in precision and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and validate live sports data using our dashboards and tools
• Detect and log outages, delays and discrepancies in real time
• Escalate incidents to internal teams or third-party providers and track resolutions
• Communicate clear status updates and incident summaries to clients
• Verify data corrections and maintain accurate records
• Support continuous improvement of monitoring and incident response processes

What You’ll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure
• Clear and professional written communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a live operations setting
• Experience with data validation, ticketing systems or monitoring tools
• Understanding of sports data or interest in sports
• Flexibility for shifts across global sports schedules
