We are French Consulting, a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional Operations Manager Assistant to join our team in Sinsheim. Our company values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
Job Description
Your primary responsibility as an Operations Manager Assistant will be to provide top-notch support to the healthcare team. Key tasks include maintaining personnel records, drafting essential documents, updating HR databases, validating employee timesheets, and arranging travel accommodations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the operations manager to ensure employee and US government needs are being met in a timely manner
- Regularly communicate with employees and US government personnel
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, both in physical and digital formats
- Lead administrative aspects of onboarding new personnel
- Create letters of recommendation and letters of reprimand
- Update HR databases with new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leave information
- Provide comprehensive orientations for new employees, including sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
- Complete In-Processing packages for new hires
- Process Out-Processing documentation for outgoing personnel
- Arrange travel accommodations
- Review and process expense reports for personnel
- Manage employee queries related to HR topics, such as W2s and paystubs
- Participate in HR projects and organize team events
To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent time management and organizational abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and strong decision-making skills.
Fluency in English is required, and a valid driving license is also necessary.
