Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team in their Dublin office. This role will act as a primary HR representative for the business unit, providing support across the full employee lifecycle, while ensuring compliance across the business and fostering a positive workplace culture.

This role will act as a primary HR representative for the business unit, providing support across the full employee lifecycle, while ensuring compliance across the business and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer management.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Coordinate and support performance appraisals and probation processes.
- Review and update policies to reflect legislative or organisational changes.
- Partner with payroll and finance on salary and benefits data, and manage payroll enquiries.
- Deliver induction and policy updates as required.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives aligned with site and organisational HR strategy.
- Manage key HR systems and run reporting as necessary.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and absence management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 2+ years in HR, with exposure to payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Experience with HR systems, data-driven reporting and process improvement.
- A confident communicator with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.
