We’re looking for a HR Generalist to join us at Telia.
I'm Rasa Ketvirte, leading People Support team, and I'm currently looking for a HR Generalist to join my team of professionals in Vilnius. This is an opportunity for those interested in the field of HR and enjoy helping others succeed!
What you’ll do:
- Advise and support employees and managers across the Baltics and Nordics with HR-related issues via live chat and ticketing tool (ServiceNow).
- Work with HRIS system (Workday) for daily operations and issue resolution.
- Participate in the onboarding journey for new employees.
- Support colleagues in additional HR areas, including employee and organizational master data, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Contribute to common services assignments, expanding expertise and knowledge within the HR field.
The suitable candidate is solution-oriented, customer-centric, proactive and strong in communication and collaboration.
- Strong interest in HR and motivation to develop expertise in the field.
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with Workday is considered an advantage.
