RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implement digital advertising, social media and content strategies in local media
- Actively participating in selling and upselling
- Analyzing market trends, developing high-value solutions and services
- Planning & analyzing ahead, implementing set goals
- Cherishing and consulting clients directly, building lasting relationships
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Contributing to the company's market awareness and representation
- Understanding clients' needs and delivering solutions that meet them
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in digital /social media advertising and/or content management
- Solid experience in project and stakeholder management
- Expertise in managing brand campaign strategies and tactics
- Deep understanding of the local digital media landscape
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on quality service and consulting
- Highly organized and quality-oriented
- Native Lithuanian and fluent English
- Can-do attitude
- University degree (preferably related to the work)
