Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?
As an IT Developer in the financial sector, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical solution to fulfil the business needs. You will work closely with IT Engineering Team, Business Relationship Team, System administrators, and other IT staff to build and deliver with the expected quality our IT applications landscape. Your mission is to help build and maintain a robust and scalable IT Application landscape that can meet the needs of the business.
Your Responsibilities Will Be As Follows
- Lead and perform the technical analysis and development of projects based on business requirements and following our internal guidelines and procedures,
- Create/Extend technical documentation,
- Perform testing procedures,
- Provide support to our business operations by leading rapid-response protocols for production issues, providing workaround solutions and implementing long-term fixes,
- Collaborate with Release Management Team to ensure the quality and stability of software releases,
- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Computing, Computer Science or similar, candidates with appropriate work experience will also be considered,
- 1-3 years of relevant experience,
- Strong ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and capable of adapting to shifting and evolving business priorities,
- Quick learner with strong troubleshooting skills, debugging and analytical skills,
- Strong appetence for technical challenges with a constructive approach,
- Self-organized and creative team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn,
- Excellent time management, self-organized, problem-solving and attention to detail. You are eager to innovate and try new things,
