In this role, you will act as the link between business and technology — understanding user needs, shaping functional designs, and ensuring that every delivered solution brings real value. You’ll collaborate with talented professionals across multiple disciplines and contribute to digital transformation initiatives in dynamic industries.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Understanding business challenges and translating them into clear functional requirements;
• Organizing workshops with key users to design and refine solutions together;
• Recommending process or system improvements that enhance efficiency and performance;
• Designing and modeling functional architectures (BPMN, UML);
• Defining and executing testing strategies to ensure solution quality and reliability;
• Supporting project delivery from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Management, or a related field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in functional analysis, testing, or digital transformation;
• Solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile / Scrum, Waterfall);
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, BPMN, UML, XML, SQL;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems;
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, both written and verbal;
• Proactive, structured, and curious — you like to dig deep to understand how things work and how to make them better;
• Fluent in English and French; Luxembourgish is a plus.
