We’re currently looking for a Network & Security Engineer to support one of our clients in the operation and evolution of their IT infrastructure.

You’ll join a dynamic team ensuring network reliability, security, and performance on a daily basis.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement network & security configurations (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall policies, access control, etc.).
  • Handle incidents, requests, and changes through the internal ITSM tool.
  • Monitor systems and alerts to ensure stability and prevent disruptions.
  • Contribute to network documentation and operational procedures.
  • Participate in improvement and modernization projects related to connectivity and security.

Technical Environment (non-exhaustive)

  • Firewalls: exposure to enterprise-grade solutions (e.g. Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, F5, etc.)
  • Networking: strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, ACLs, Wi-Fi configuration
  • Access management: Radius / 802.1x concepts, VPN, and identity-based network security
  • Monitoring & supervision: tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or similar
  • Cloud security: experience or exposure to Azure or hybrid environments is a plus

Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in network & security operations or administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to document and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

📍 Location: Luxembourg (hybrid mode)

💼 Contract: External consulting mission (freelance or CDI)
