About the role
As a Cloud Engineer you'll focus on optimizing and modernizing Azure and Google Cloud environments. You play a key role in the transition toward Infrastructure as Code, combining hands-on engineering with coaching and team enablement.

Your time will be roughly 20% hands-on with technical implementations and 80% focused on coaching, training, and guiding colleagues in adopting modern cloud and DevOps practices.

What you'll do

  • Coach and mentor engineers in cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps best practices.
  • Drive the transition from traditional infrastructure to modern, automated environments.
  • Provide hands-on support for Azure and Google Cloud implementations.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Advise on tooling, automation, and process improvements (Terraform, Ansible, Jira, GitHub, CI/CD).

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in IT or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, with strong expertise in DevOps and cloud transformation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to translate complex tech into clear insights.
  • Proven experience coaching, training, and supporting technical teams.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Jira, and GitHub.
  • Experience with change management or DevOps adoption in large organizations.
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment.

Preferred experience

  • Leading teams through cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on DevOps or cloud engineering background.
  • Supporting migrations from on-premise to cloud.
  • Delivering technical training or knowledge sessions.
