As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of key initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders, using your analytical, organizational, and communication skills to drive results and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects related to strategy realization
  • Develop project charters and plans, establish governance structures, track project realization, define scope, objectives, and deliverables, and assess project impact against strategic goals
  • Establish project timelines and milestones that align with strategic objectives
  • Identify key stakeholders and create communication plans
  • Lead project delivery, facilitate cross-functional communication, and escalate project delays to executive leadership/CEO as needed
  • Assess resource requirements and coordinate resource allocation
  • Develop project budgets, KPIs, and revenue targets, and track their realization
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure timely task completion
  • Maintain open and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing cross-functional projects, either in-house or as a consultant
  • Experience in leading project teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced English language skills (C1)
  • Understanding of basic market analysis tools and frameworks, corporate finance, and organizational design
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
