Our client, a leading company in the tech industry, is looking for a UX/UI Designer for its office in Valencia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives, including interviews and usability testing, to gather valuable insights and inform design decisions.
• Design user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user journeys and simplify complex processes.
• Create aesthetically pleasing and consistent designs that reflect the brand's identity while ensuring optimal user experience.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and mockups, collaborating with developers to ensure precision in execution.
• Work alongside product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to iterate and refine designs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating the latest UX/UI practices and emerging technologies into your work.
• Perform competitive analysis and research to drive continuous design improvements and innovation.
• Champion design thinking within the organization, ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met across all digital platforms.

Minimum requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within digital products or fintech.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a proven ability to create detailed prototypes and design systems.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience with both UX research and visual design, showcasing a deep understanding of interaction design principles.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present and justify design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
