The Opportunity

As a Solutions Engineer - AI & Software Testing, you'll be a vital link between our product, our sales team, and our customers. You'll use your deep technical expertise to showcase the power of fore ai, guide new clients through a seamless onboarding process, and turn their complex problems into elegant solutions. This role is perfect for a customer-focused engineer who loves to dive into technical challenges and help people succeed.

You will be the trusted technical advisor in the sales process, creating compelling demos and proof-of-concepts that highlight the value of our autonomous QA agents. You will own the technical onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and rapid implementation. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap by bringing valuable customer feedback back to our engineering teams. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical skills with your passion for problem-solving and customer success.


What You'll Do

  • Be the technical face of fore ai in the sales process, craft and deliver live demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts that clearly show our value.
  • Own the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation of our product into their environments.
  • Design and build custom integrations and scripts to help customers connect fore ai to their unique testing and deployment environments.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing detailed solutions and workarounds for both prospects and new customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering, serving as the voice of the customer to help prioritize new features and improvements.


We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Deep technical expertise: A solid background in software engineering, with the ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex systems.
  • Experience in QA / software testing or DevOps: Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, quality assurance processes, or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Customer-facing skills: A proven track record of working directly with customers to solve technical problems, ideally in a pre-sales or post-sales capacity.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills: Able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation, tutorials, and guides.
  • Problem-solving mentality: A curious and analytical mindset, with a knack for debugging and a relentless drive to find the root cause of an issue.
  • A bias for action: The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and get things done in a dynamic startup setting.
