Roles & Responsibilities:
We’re seeking a technically skilled and innovative Agent, MCP & Prompt Engineer to design, configure, and manage AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You’ll help shape the foundation of our AI-native engineering ecosystem, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents for SDLC stages — design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and manage MCP servers and integrate them with IDEs, CI/CD tools, and enterprise applications.
- Optimize prompt engineering and agent orchestration for performance and reliability.
- Ensure interoperability, scalability, and continuous improvement across the AI ecosystem.
- Leverage performance metrics and user feedback to refine agent behavior and configurations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or AI systems.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and toolchain integration.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering or conversational AI design.
- Expertise in system configuration, performance tuning, and interoperability management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
