Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing applications by creating, testing and launching software solutions for banking and financial operations.
- Maintaining and optimizing existing systems.
- Ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Ensuring application security by implementing best practices for data protection and prevention of cyberattacks.
- Integrating applications by connecting software solutions with other internal or external banking systems via APIs and other integration methods.
- Automating processes by developing solutions to streamline banking operations and reduce manual tasks.
- Complying with financial and IT regulations by ensuring adherence to banking standards, GDPR, ISO 27001, and other requirements specific to the financial industry.
- Creating and updating documentation for code, software architecture, and development processes.
- Exploring and implementing innovative solutions (AI, cloud) to improve banking services.
Education and Experience:
- Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybernetics or related fields, or relevant experience gained in a similar position.
- Minimum level of relevant experience: Senior – 5 years, Mid-level – 3 years
- Frontend knowledge (Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) and backend knowledge (Java, Spring Boot, Maven).
- Database knowledge (Oracle, MSSQL, etc.).
- Knowledge of API integration (REST, SOAP) and Microservices.
- Automation and DevOps: Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, Kubernetes.
- Experience with frameworks/libraries such as Angular and Node.js.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs).
- Experience with banking applications is an advantage.
- Experience with Oracle Flexcube and/or SAP is an advantage.

- Effective communication and ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams.
