As a Partner, you will:
- Structure and anchor the firm for sustainable growth and future expansion,
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including compliance, and client management,
- Maintaining the firm's client portfolio,
- Work collaboratively with the Managing Partner to set strategic direction,
- Create efficient systems that enable the firm to scale,
- Share equally in decision-making on firm ownership, management, and profit distribution,
- Establish a thriving practice environment where lawyers and clients succeed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience,
- Proven track record,
- Strong operational and management capabilities,
- Established client relationships,
- Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for growth,
- Excellent relationship management and business development skills.
