Your role at Iver
You'll be a key player in our newly established Cybersecurity Advisory team, where we work closely with clients to strengthen their cybersecurity resilience and align security strategies with business goals. As a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor, you’ll help shape our service offerings, contribute to building the business unit, and most importantly lead and deliver high-impact advisory engagements.

As a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor at Iver, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across industries, influencing cybersecurity strategy and shaping high-impact advisory engagements from the start. You’ll be part of a growing team where your expertise directly contributes to the development of our service portfolio, delivery practices, and client relationships. Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a seasoned cybersecurity advisor with several years of experience in advisory or consulting roles. You are confident in your expertise, self-driven, and passionate about helping organizations strengthen their cyber resilience. You thrive in client-facing environments and know how to translate complex cybersecurity challenges into actionable strategies that deliver real impact.
You have a strong ability to engage with stakeholders, build trust, and guide decision-making at both strategic and operational levels. You’re comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and aligning cybersecurity initiatives with broader business goals.
Ideally You Have Practical Experience With
You bring additional value through certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor. Experience working directly with customers, especially in regulated sectors such as finance, public services, or critical infrastructure, is highly appreciated. You understand how to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver advisory services that create long-term value. Exposure to cloud platforms, third-party risk management, or incident response adds further depth to your profile. Your ability to communicate and influence across technical, business, and executive levels will be key to your success in this role.
Location: Iver has 23 locations in the Nordic region. For this role, we see that you will be based in one of our offices in Malmö.

- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is preferred. We are also open for Danish speaking candidates.
