Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO function, including project portfolio management, reporting, and governance.
- Oversee project and program management activities across Biotage.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Act as Project Manager for key initiatives when required.
- Drive product development and product care projects according to the roadmap.
- Develop and sustain the product development roadmap.
- Support project managers and teams with guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
- Manage the project portfolio and project budget planning process.
- Manage and coordinate resource allocation across projects ensuring delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with strategic goals.
- Lead and arrange monthly roadmap reviews.
- BSc/MSc in Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Formal Project Management training – PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing cross functional instrument development projects in Life Sciences.
- Demonstrated leadership in PMO or senior project management roles.
- Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, and resource planning.
- Experience implementing product development processes, roadmap and resource allocation tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools.
- Understanding of Quality Systems and regulated environments.
