What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain high-quality native mobile applications for the iOS platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional, multicultural teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Develop various features, create PoCs showcasing the latest Apple’s framework capabilities, and drive improvements in existing applications.
- Facilitate skills growth within the team through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to enhancing our development practices.
- Fluency in English and Polish (as you will attend meetings with an English-speaking client).
- 3+ years of hands-on commercial experience in native iOS app development.
- Solid experience developing native iOS applications in Swift.
- Understanding of mobile architecture patterns and their trade-offs.
- Knowledge of design patterns used in iOS app development.
- Expertise in optimizing app performance, debugging issues, and managing memory.
- Familiarity with the iOS app lifecycle, Concurrency, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
- Solid understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
- Knowledge of software development tools and practices (e.g., version control with Git, and pull request-based workflow).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Interest in using AI-powered development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other LLMs) to enhance productivity, accelerate learning, and support autonomous problem-solving.
- Product-oriented mindset and ability to think beyond code, proactively collaborating with designers and product managers to improve user experience and product quality.
- Interest in the business impact of mobile applications and a strong passion for exploring and applying emerging technologies — especially in the areas of AI, AR, and on-device intelligence — to create innovative user experiences.
- Experience with UI/UX design patterns or mobile app UI design.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with writing unit and UI tests.
- Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrating third-party services into iOS apps.
- Interest in developing cross-platform applications using Kotlin Multiplatform.
- Understanding of reactive programming paradigms (Combine).
- Experience working on e-commerce or other high-traffic, consumer-facing applications with complex user interactions.
- Experience working with multi-module projects.
- Interest in or willingness to build skills in AI-driven mobile application development.
- Curiosity about prompt engineering, working with embeddings, or integrating voice-based interfaces using LLMs.
