We are looking for a motivated Junior Python Developer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our Machine Learning Internal IT team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of AI/ML solutions that support key business processes at the company.

Your tasks
- Develop and maintain AI/ML applications
- Implement machine learning models into production systems
- Analyze data and optimize processes
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate AI solutions
- Conduct testing and validation of implemented models
- 1–2 years of experience as a Python Developer, AI/ML Developer, or in a similar Python-oriented role
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Git, Pandas, and PyTest
- Experience working with large datasets and data processing tools
- Knowledge of machine learning methods and algorithms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good teamwork and communication abilities
- Communicative level of English
- Fluent in Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
- Azure cloud and Azure ML experience are a plus
