Position Overview

A creative and experienced visual designer with a strong background in graphic design, digital design, website development, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials). This professional will bring innovative ideas and expertise to the team, supporting projects across branding, marketing, and user experience. They will contribute to a collaborative environment, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with your agency’s standards.

Skills and Competencies

Visual Design

• Proven ability to craft compelling and visually appealing designs across multiple mediums.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and their application in cohesive design solutions.

Digital/Web Design

• Strong portfolio of digital projects, including websites, landing pages, and responsive designs.
• Proficient in designing user-centric interfaces and optimising designs for usability and accessibility.

Graphic Design

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to design for both digital and print media.

POSM Design

• Experienced in creating impactful retail and promotional materials (brochures, banners, displays).
• Knowledge of production requirements and materials.

Project Management

• Strong organisational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Collaborative approach to work, open to feedback and team-oriented problem-solving.

Technical Requirements

• Languages: English proficiency (mandatory), Arabic (preferred but not required).
