About The Department
Franklin Templeton’s Global Corporate Actions department plays a vital role in managing corporate action data for over 74,000 assets across global markets. Based in Poznań, the team specializes in equities, bonds, warrants, Depositary Receipts, and blockchain-based tokens. Collaborating with Portfolio Managers, custodian banks, legal counsels, and companies, the team supports complex financial restructures and IPOs. Members gain exposure to high-profile events like the InPost IPO and Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, making it an ideal environment for those eager to explore the global financial landscape and grow professionally.
Core Responsibilities
How You Will Add Value
- You will research corporate actions using company sources, advisory teams, and data vendors like Bloomberg.
- You will process and review corporate actions across global markets and asset types.
- You will reconcile events in line with internal procedures and deadlines.
- You will communicate professionally with international partners.
Experience, Education & Certifications
- Valid student status
- Availability to work 25–30 hours per week
- Fluent English
- Basic knowledge or interest in SQL or VBA would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and organizational mindset
- Ability to understand the wide context and make links between different corporate events
- Accountability for actions and decisions
- Self-reliance and discipline
- Working hours: flexible within 9:00 am – 5:30 pm time frame
- Location: On-site, Poznań
