QA QC Engineer

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system, procedures, and plans in line with project specifications and standards.

Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Conduct inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship to verify conformity with approved standards.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, calibration records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

Monitor and verify that all construction and installation activities comply with the approved quality plan, method statements, and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for quality-related inspections and approvals.

Ensure all materials and equipment used on site are properly tested, verified, and approved before installation.

Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformances and corrective/preventive actions.

Participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and company quality objectives.

Provide technical support and training to project teams to promote quality awareness and continuous improvement.

Maintain records of calibration and verification of testing equipment.

Support the QA/QC Manager in preparing monthly quality reports and KPIs.

Ensure HSE and quality procedures are followed in all project phases.
