The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting daily HR operations in the UAE, including onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, attendance management, employee relations, and personnel record maintenance, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer procedures.
- Assist in recruitment processes such as candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and HR system data.
- Take in charge of payroll processing and benefits administration in compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
- Support employee training, performance review, and internal communication programs.
- Assist in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues and grievances.
Requirements :
- Education:Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Language :Fluent in English (Arabic or Mandarin is a plus).
- Skills : Good knowledge of UAE labor law, visa and insurance processes; proficiency with HR systems.
- Attributes:Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
