The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting daily HR operations in the UAE, including onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, attendance management, employee relations, and personnel record maintenance, ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer procedures.
  2. Assist in recruitment processes such as candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding formalities.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and HR system data.
  4. Take in charge of payroll processing and benefits administration in compliance with UAE labor regulations.
  5. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
  6. Support employee training, performance review, and internal communication programs.
  7. Assist in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues and grievances.


Requirements :

  1. Education:Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience:Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  3. Language :Fluent in English (Arabic or Mandarin is a plus).
  4. Skills : Good knowledge of UAE labor law, visa and insurance processes; proficiency with HR systems.
  5. Attributes:Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
