3. Position OverviewResponsible for expanding the company’s business, channels, and partnerships within assigned regions. This includes recruiting IBs (Introducing Brokers), agents, and institutional clients to increase brand influence and trading volume, thereby achieving business growth targets.
This role serves as a key driver of the company’s market expansion and requires a deep understanding of the forex industry ecosystem, as well as strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
4. Key Responsibilities(1) Market Development- Develop and manage IBs, agents, and partners in assigned regions;
- Plan and execute regional marketing strategies to expand brand awareness;
- Research competitors’ market activities, promotion models, and commission structures, and propose improvements.
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships, and regularly organize online/offline training sessions and events;
- Provide partners with professional business support, marketing materials, and CRM system guidance;
- Assist agents in improving conversion rates and active client numbers.
- Set monthly and quarterly business targets (e.g., new accounts, deposits, trading volume);
- Regularly report market performance and promotional effectiveness to optimize ROI;
- Collaborate with Compliance, Customer Service, and Technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the planning and execution of regional marketing activities (e.g., seminars, webinars, trading contests, bonus campaigns);
- Work with the marketing team to promote new products (e.g., AI trading signals, educational courses, copy-trading systems);
- Participate in optimizing promotional content across platforms (e.g., Website, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Education: Associate degree or above; majors in Marketing, Finance, or Economics preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of business development experience in Forex, financial derivatives, blockchain, or investment industries.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); multilingual candidates preferred (Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Spanish, etc.).
- Knowledge: Familiar with Forex, precious metals, CFD, and cryptocurrency products; understanding of MT4/MT5 platforms and IB rebate systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stress management, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills; self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Tools: Proficient in CRM systems, Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis, and social media marketing (Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Base Salary: Fixed salary based on experience and regional standards.
- Commission: Based on trading volume (lots) or net deposit ratio.
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly or annual achievement-based rewards.
- Campaign Bonus: Incentives tied to number of IBs recruited or regional trading volume.
- Other Benefits: Overseas travel allowance, team bonuses, and holiday benefits.
- New IBs: Number of active IBs recruited monthly.
- Active Clients: Number of active trading accounts acquired through partners.
- Deposits: Total monthly deposits in the region.
- Trading Volume: Total trading lots within the region.
- Client Retention: Reinvestment rate and long-term partnership ratio.
- Market Growth: Brand exposure, event conversion rate, and community growth metrics.
