Coach Agile

• Coach the team members on agile methodology.
• Promote Agile practices and foster continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.
• Implement learnings from retrospectives to enhance team and organizational performance.
• Partner with other leaders (agile coaches from client) to align Agile practices with organizational goals and strategies.
• Facilitate the adoption of Agile at the program and portfolio levels when applicable at client.
• Is the day-to-day client contact.
