Our mission is simple — to build something that truly matters.
We’re seeking a visionary CTO with strong technical acumen, startup grit, and an established network within Singapore’s tech and investor ecosystem.
This is a founding-level position, offering both leadership influence and C-level stock options.
You will shape our technical direction from day one — building our product architecture, choosing the right tech stack, and leading execution across AI, IoT, and robotics solutions.
You’ll also play a key role in connecting COCON Robotics with investors, accelerators, and strategic partners, helping us scale globally.
- Define and implement a lean, scalable tech strategy aligned with company goals.
- Oversee architecture design, system reliability, and product quality.
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performing engineering team.
- Collaborate with the CEO and COO on product vision and delivery roadmap.
- Build relationships with VCs, angel investors, and innovation hubs in Singapore and abroad.
- Guide technical due diligence and future fundraising discussions.
- Proven experience as CTO, VP of Engineering, or Tech Lead (5+ years preferred).
- Strong foundation in software engineering, IoT, or AI systems.
- Excellent leadership and product-delivery track record.
- Established network within Singapore’s startup, tech, or investor community.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — loves building from scratch and solving real problems.
- (Bonus) Passion for Japanese language, culture, or design philosophy.
- Founding-level C-suite position with stock options and long-term incentives.
