Job scope

What you’ll do

1. Develop trading infrastructure to connect with DEX and CEX.
2. Develop, maintain, and optimize trading strategies (including, but not limited to liquidity provision and arbitrage) across DEX and CEX.
3. Deploy, monitor, and optimize trading strategies and connectors.
4. Collaborate with other trading developers to improve trading strategies, infrastructure, and systems.
5. Analyse blocking trading data on a need-to basis.

What you’ll need

1. At least 1 year of experience in crypto algorithmic trading (either in a professional or personal capacity) with a focus on DeFi.
2. Experience interacting with DEXs (particularly EVM) algorithmically.
3. Strong coding skills in Python. Knowledge of Solidity/Rust/C++ is a bonus.
4. Experience writing and interacting with smart contracts.
5. Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Other disciplines will also be considered.
6. Strong sense of ownership and the initiative to take the trading team to the next level.

Nice to haves

1. Experience analysing on-chain data (e.g. Dune/Arkham/Etherscan).
2. Experience with Solana VM.
3. Good understanding of MEV and its implications on DeFi trading strategies.
4. Experience interacting with centralized exchanges via API.
5. Fluency in Mandarin.
