Job scope
What you’ll do
- Develop trading infrastructure to connect with DEX and CEX.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize trading strategies (including, but not limited to liquidity provision and arbitrage) across DEX and CEX.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize trading strategies and connectors.
- Collaborate with other trading developers to improve trading strategies, infrastructure, and systems.
- Analyse blocking trading data on a need-to basis.
What you’ll need
- At least 1 year of experience in crypto algorithmic trading (either in a professional or personal capacity) with a focus on DeFi.
- Experience interacting with DEXs (particularly EVM) algorithmically.
- Strong coding skills in Python. Knowledge of Solidity/Rust/C++ is a bonus.
- Experience writing and interacting with smart contracts.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Other disciplines will also be considered.
- Strong sense of ownership and the initiative to take the trading team to the next level.
Nice to haves
- Experience analysing on-chain data (e.g. Dune/Arkham/Etherscan).
- Experience with Solana VM.
- Good understanding of MEV and its implications on DeFi trading strategies.
- Experience interacting with centralized exchanges via API.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
