About the Role
As part of our regional technology transformation for a global luxury fashion house, you’ll lead carrier migration projects across South Asia — ensuring flawless execution and alignment with our global standards of excellence. This role blends technical precision with cross-functional collaboration, driving impactful change within a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of carrier migration projects in South Asia, in alignment with global program objectives.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely and seamless execution.
- Partner with internal teams (Infrastructure, Market Representatives) and external collaborators (vendors, telecom providers) to ensure smooth migration activities with minimal disruption.
- Proactively manage and report on project risks, dependencies, and key milestones; drive resolutions and escalate where necessary.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, executive dashboards, and key insights for senior management using Power BI or similar tools.
- Maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, structure, and compliance with Global PMO and brand governance standards.
- Facilitate effective project meetings — setting agendas, documenting discussions, and following up on actionable items.
- Ensure all initiatives comply with company policies, data security standards, and local regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing regional or global infrastructure projects within a multinational environment (fashion, retail, or luxury industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to navigate both technical and creative teams.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, and global PMO practices.
- A proactive mindset and refined attention to detail — qualities that reflect the brand’s commitment to excellence.
