Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $220000.00/yr.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in using the platform for ADA-to-C++ code modernization.
- Provide technical guidance, onboarding support, and best practices for platform usage.
- Collaborate with customers to integrate converted code into their systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the platform operates reliably and efficiently.
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Recommend improvements to enhance scalability and throughput.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to code conversion and platform functionality.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to report bugs and test patches.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain a knowledge base for recurring issues.
- 5+ years of experience in C++
- Experience with debugging tools, performance monitoring, and log analysis.
- Secret Clearance or higher.
- Experience with AI-assisted development platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with ADA.
- Knowledge of software modernization strategies and legacy system architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements.
