System Engineer

Job Summary

Support and be involved in proactive solutions, transformation projects and work in other technical areas of Infrastructure Service Delivery. Participate in opportunity management in coordination with Sales / Relationship team and create a pipeline by tracking prospects. Participation in developing unique IPs (methodology, tools, framework, etc.) and build new services / solution to market. Implement new Solutions / Systems as per customer or/and business requirements. Take accountability for accurate budgeting, accounting, and billing of engagements. Ensure compliance to internal tools like CDI, Optima as applicable. Conduct periodic performance reviews with team and management and provide periodic updates to Presale, Sales, & Relationship team to enhance visibility & confidence. Develop sales collateral and marketing materials. Standardize proposal templates and build reusable materials (E.g. diagrams, framework, etc.)
