The Lead Analyst will assume the role of Scrum Master, serving as a pivotal contributor within the IT service line. This position is responsible for guiding agile practices, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions. The individual will partner closely with Analyst teams, the Service Line Leader, and key stakeholders to uphold agile methodologies and eliminate impediment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, proven experience in agile environments, and a comprehensive understanding of IT service line operations and their unique challenges. In addition, this role will maintain the ongoing relationships between the IT department and its direct application customers, and serves as a liaison to other departments and entities.

A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday - Friday 8:00am—5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Review system requirements with customers and translate requirements into specific functions or deliverables.
  • Plan, schedule and manage multiple projects requiring computer resources, including project scheduling.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field
  • 6 years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning and scheduling a major information system project
  • OR High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and 9 years of experience
  • OR Associate’s Degree and 7 years of experience
  • For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date
  • Understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts
  • Understands principles of client/server configuration
  • Excellent knowledge of messaging technology and project management skills
  • Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work independently

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Proven experience directing Patient Access initiatives within the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) platform.
  • Experience with Epic Cadence or Prelude projects and build activities is considered an asset
  • Epic certifications in Prelude or Access is a plus
  • Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
  • In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $84,200.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $128,412.50
