Summary

Responsible for ensuring that all systems (hardware and software) are working adequately. Maintain Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO’s), Print Servers, and WSUS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Microsoft (Windows Server 2022+, Intune, Office 365 applications and Admin, PowerShell scripting), servers, printers, copiers, ESXi
  • Knowledge of following security software: Firewall, CrowdStrike, DUO
  • Manage security cameras & door security
  • Experience working in a Data Center
  • Maintain departmental procedures
  • Support end users
  • Special projects as assigned by the IT Manager or System Support Supervisor
  • Additional duties/responsibilities as defined by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, computer and information technology or related field
  • Minimum five (5) years required
  • Regional travel to area offices required
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
