Tasks

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient office operations.

  • Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executive staff.

  • Organize and execute meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical details are flawlessly handled.

  • Maintain and manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks to optimize the executive team's time.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office management, business administration, or a related field.

  • Proven track record as an executive assistant, secretary, or office manager, preferably within the software development industry.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior executives and external partners.
