Job Title: Senior Planning Manager

Location: Qatar

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager with a strong background in Ashghal projects and road construction/development. The role will oversee project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of road infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and timelines for road construction projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Ashghal standards, local regulations, and quality requirements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Mentor and guide planning teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning, with at least 5 years in Construction/Road development projects.
• Proven experience working on Ashghal projects is a must.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
