Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Mentor developers, set coding standards, and enforce adherence to best practices
• Software Development: Create scalable and high-performing Python-based solutions with clean code
• Cloud Solutions: Design applications in AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure
• CI/CD Implementation: Collaborate with DevOps engineers to manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized systems like Docker
• Database Management: Optimize schemas, manage relational or non-relational databases, and ensure data integrity
• Agile/Scrum Coordination: Lead Agile/Scrum tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects within deadlines
• Stakeholder Interaction: Build rapport with stakeholders, address conflicts efficiently, and encourage collaboration
• SDLC Management: Supervise the SDLC to ensure consistency and quality from ideation to deployment
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges while aligning the team to project goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
• 1+ years of team or project leadership experience
• Knowledge of at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Intermediate-level CI/CD pipeline or Docker-related expertise
• Proficiency in working with relational or non-relational databases
• Advanced English communication skills (B2+ level or higher)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Understanding of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Competency in communication and conflict resolution in professional settings

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI frameworks, tools, or solutions
• Background in implementing or enhancing machine learning models
• Understanding of system architecture and design principles
• Flexibility to contribute to sales or client-related business processes
• Proficiency in developing ETL pipelines or managing data integration workflows
