As a User Acquisition Manager Team Lead (Meta), you’ll drive Meta marketing strategy for multiple high-growth products while leading a team of talented UA Managers. With a six-figure monthly budget at your disposal and the freedom to shape processes, you’ll mentor your team, build acquisition frameworks, and scale growth through data-driven decisions. In this role you will

  • Build, mentor, and lead the Meta UA team (2–5 people): set goals, prioritize tests, and conduct performance reviews
  • Develop and execute Meta Ads strategy (Mobile + Web2App + App2App) for company products
  • Build Meta infrastructure for traffic acquisition — accounts, credit lines, integrations, and landing assets
  • Plan and manage large-scale budgets ($300K–1M+ monthly)
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics: CPA, CTR, IPM, CR, ROAS, LT0/LT7 ROMI
  • Design and implement creative and funnel testing frameworks across creatives, landings, and geos
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to maximize ROMI
  • Build and optimize Web2App (Click → Landing → App Store → Install) and App2App (App → Deep Link → Install/Purchase) funnels
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations based on test results and insights
  • Maintain close communication with ad network managers
  • Initiate and validate new hypotheses to scale growth


It’s All About You

  • Proven experience in mentoring and leading a UA or performance marketing team
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads for mobile apps (iOS/Android)
  • Strong expertise with Web2App and App2App funnels
  • Advanced knowledge of Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager, and Conversion API
  • Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust)
  • Understanding of SKAN 4.0, iOS privacy limitations, and optimization for SKAdNetwork
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Deep understanding of creative pipelines — testing, iteration, IPM/CTR analysis, and scaling frameworks
  • Experience with automation for campaign testing, bidding, and management
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English for communication and documentation
  • Systematic mindset, attention to detail, and ownership attitude
  • Experience prioritizing hypotheses and building UA testing systems
  • Ability to sync cross-functional teams (UA, Product, Creative)
  • Growth mindset: ready to test, fail fast, and iterate faster
