We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure team and ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) hosting production, staging, and development environments.
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitOps, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Administer and monitor Kubernetes clusters and ensure best practices in deployment, scaling, and resource management.
- Implement and maintain alerting, monitoring, and logging systems (CloudWatch, Grafana, Graylog, Prometheus, etc.).
- Perform regular operational tasks — deployments, system checks, access management, backups, and disaster recovery validation.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration, release stability, and fast issue resolution.
- Apply and enforce security best practices across all DevOps processes, including IAM, secrets management, and network policies.
- Participate in documentation and continuous improvement of DevOps workflows and incident response processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform) and basic exposure to Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog).
- Good understanding of networking, security groups, and IAM policies.
- Experience supporting development teams and release pipelines.
- Intermediate or higher level of English for daily communication.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ArgoCD or other GitOps tools.
- Familiarity with scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience in multi-account or multi-region environments.
- Understanding of cost optimization and cloud budgeting.
