About the Project

A global ticketing marketplace that connects fans with trusted sellers of tickets for major sports and entertainment events. The platform simplifies access to football, rugby, and other live experiences by providing a secure, user-friendly environment where buyers and sellers can seamlessly interact — ensuring that fans can focus on enjoying the game, not the logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Implement scaling of the case detection process (scanner) to enhance system performance and throughput.
• Split monolithic APIs into multiple independent microservices for better scalability and maintainability.
• Emulate Pub/Sub and Cloud Run locally to improve development and testing workflows.
• Design and implement flexible environment scaling strategies to ensure system stability under varying loads.
• Create and maintain a disaster recovery plan to guarantee business continuity and data safety.
• Continue development of Canary deployment pipelines to enable safe, incremental releases.
• Introduce VPN connections and secure private links to isolate environments and enhance infrastructure security.

Requirements:

• 3 + years experience working as a DevOps Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and resource management.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure as code principles and tools, particularly Terraform.
• Ability to design and implement secure virtual networks with public and private services.
