What You'll Do

The person will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of HR Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance. The role focuses on stakeholder management, vendor coordination, contracting, labor compliance, and onboarding processes, and Exit Management while ensuring seamless alignment between Consulting, Finance, and Legal teams.

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle for contingent workforce — including onboarding, contracting and offboarding — ensuring a seamless employee experience and adherence to defined timelines.
  • Administer and maintain employee data within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Fieldglass) with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and data governance compliance.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration in collaboration with Finance and external vendors, ensuring timely processing and error-free transactions.
  • Stakeholder & vendor management, Act as the primary HR liaison for consulting leadership, project teams, and vendors regarding contractual workforce matters. Coordinate with staffing leads and line managers to understand resource requirements and deployment plans. Partner with external manpower agencies and vendor partners to ensure timely sourcing, contracting, onboarding, and renewals.
  • Reporting- share fortnight report and dashboard with the leadership
  • Manage employee documentation — including contracts, amendments, confirmations, and exit formalities — maintaining accurate digital records in accordance with company retention standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, and business units to ensure smooth execution of HR-related workflows, audits, and system integrations
