What You’ll Do

• Dive deep into data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that drive smarter decisions across product, marketing, and risk.
• Build and improve predictive models that power our core systems — from credit scoring to customer segmentation.
• Partner with product, growth, and engineering teams to make data central to every business decision.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, hypothesis tests) to measure what’s working — and what’s not.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to bring your insights to life.
• Keep experimenting — explore the latest in ML, AI, and data science to help us stay ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
• Strong command of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and solid skills in SQL.
• Experience building and evaluating machine learning models and working with large datasets.
• Ability to turn complex data into simple, clear, and actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Bonus: experience in fintech, credit, or risk modeling.
• Must be willing to work from our Bellandur office (5 days a week) — we believe collaboration fuels better ideas!
