We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support company-level strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across merchandising, product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure project alignment, timely delivery, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in building scalable project processes and supporting cross-border collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project execution, including timeline tracking, milestone updates, resource planning, and status reporting.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, dashboards, and standardised templates.
- Facilitate the adoption of PMO best practices across business units.
- Coordinate with teams across functions and time zones to ensure aligned execution and efficient information flow.
- Help manage task assignments, follow-ups, and progress tracking in systems like JIRA or Monday.com.
- Track project risks, identify blockers, and escalate key issues when necessary.
- Assist in data analysis for project KPIs (e.g., delivery timeliness, rework rate) and contribute to retrospectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using project data.
- Help implement tools, templates, and workflows that improve project delivery outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong experience supporting project management or operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong communication skills and experience working across multiple departments.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required.
