About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Junior GRC Analyst to join our Finance & Business Services team. In this role, you will support the organisations cyber security governance, risk and compliance functions by coordinating assessments, maintaining alignment with standards, and developing policies and procedures.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing the cyber risk register, reviewing policy exemptions and producing regular stakeholder performance reports.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate and support the execution of OT 10 quarterly and yearly assessments.
- Collect evidence, track remediation activities, and ensure timely completion of assessment cycles.
- Liaise with OT stakeholders to ensure alignment with cybersecurity requirements.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO 27001.
- Draft, review, and update cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly cybersecurity performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the enterprise cyber risk register.
- Manage the policy exemption process, including intake, assessment, and documentation.
About You
You possess a fundamental understanding of IT and OT environments, as well as knowledge of information security principles.
In addition, you have excellent written communication skills and are able to successfully prioritise and complete tasks to deadlines.
You Will Also Possess The Following
- Tertiary qualifications in Cyber Security or Information Technology.
- 0-1 year of working experience in a professional environment.
