Our client is a respected project management and design consultancy with over two decades of proven success delivering complex built-form projects across mixed-use, residential, and social infrastructure sectors. About the Role:

Due to a strong pipeline of work through to 2027 and beyond, our client is seeking an astute Senior Project Manager to lead the front-end planning, design, and delivery of high-profile construction projects valued over $100M across Sydney and NSW.

You’ll work across multiple project streams, managing clients, consultants, and stakeholders from concept through to completion - with the support of a highly regarded leadership team who are still hands-on.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years’ total industry experience, including 5+ years in client-side project management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects ($100M+).
• Strong skills across front-end strategy, design coordination, procurement, and delivery.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar.
• A polished, articulate communicator with exceptional stakeholder management and presentation ability.
