We’re building Standard Conversions. We help our customers generate customers at scale. We need a full stack operator who moves fast, builds clean, and thrives under pressure.

Role:

Own internal systems that drive call routing, performance dashboards, video automation, and AI tooling. Work solo, report directly to Operations, and ship value daily.

You’ll Build:

• Dashboards showing raw/billable calls, conversion rate, drops, cost per conversion, and state data—graph-ready, accurate, live.

• Slack + Ringba integrations to fire alerts and generate performance summaries.

• A CLI-based video splicer that builds MP4s from main clips, bumpers, and hooks.

• Landing pages tied to Ringba. Clean, fast, and scalable.

• Internal AI tools that summarize and detect patterns in ad/call data from Ringba, Google Ads, Roku.
