Responsibilities

  • Control project budgets and costs to meet financial targets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
  • Implement SDLC processes to uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Decompose project scope into manageable tasks and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
  • Facilitate negotiations and reach agreements with clients and partners
  • Maintain requirements traceability to align deliverables with client expectations
  • Adapt project plans and strategies in response to changing conditions or feedback
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand workflows and ensure quality engineering output
  • Lead stakeholder management to maintain clear communication and engagement
  • Set individual goals and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Document project progress and report to senior management
  • Support product management activities including backlog management and product vision alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement within project processes

 

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, delivery management, project coordination or Scrum Master roles with over 2 years of documented involvement
  • Knowledge of budget and cost management principles
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
  • Understanding of requirements traceability management
  • Experience implementing SDLC methodologies
  • Ability to decompose project scope effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated adaptability to navigate change and uncertainty
  • Proven negotiation skills to reach agreements and manage conflicts
  • Knowledge of software engineering practices and principles
  • Experience with product management or product owner roles, including backlog management
  • Ability to set goals and maintain discipline with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
