• Cast next-level learning experiences by translating customer needs into custom innovation programs
• Research and map out ecosystems—from trailblazing startups to global trendsetters—and connect the dots like a pro.
• Build and curate every touchpoint, from immersive visits and thought-provoking keynotes to seamless moderation and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and industry legends to shape programs that inspire and deliver real impact.
• Shoot hoops with Nils and Dimitri 🏀, talk music with April and Stijn 🎶, go for brisk walks with Griet and Bieke 🚶️, dive into the world of Disney with Ineke 🎢 and have fun with Matthias and Eline 🎉

🧬 What properties should you possess

• You have at least a couple of years of experience in project/event or program management—you’ve been in the driver’s seat and know how to handle curves.
• You’re a natural connector who builds bridges faster than others build decks.
• You’ve got your finger on the pulse of innovation—in business, tech, culture, and everything in between. If it’s disrupting the status quo, you’re already into it.
• You are endlessly curious about emerging trends and future thinking.
• You understand how to align creative ideas with business value—crafting programs that don’t just wow, but deliver impact.

🧾 Practical requirements

• You are located in Belgium. 🇧🇪
• You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (or you can provide ample arguments why you are the perfect fit for this job). 💼
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Other languages are a plus. 🗣️
• Strong communication skills are a must in this role. 🗨️
• Additionally, you work in a structured manner and have organizational talent.
• You excel at dynamic, independent, flexible, and deadline-oriented work. 📋
