What you can expect For our development team at our location in Lingen (Ems) or Osnabrück we are looking for a
Software Engineer DevOps (all genders welcome)
You feel comfortable in a technical environment and are familiar with the term Application Lifecycle Management? Then apply for the role!
As a member of the Software Engineering Consultants team, you will take responsibility for the development platforms and infrastructures of colleagues working at the national and international development sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will work closely with our development teams to build, optimize, test and operate software solutions and development infrastructures
- To this end, you will develop DevOps and automation concepts and ensure the continuous optimization of service quality
- You support our IT team and automate our IT processes with the help of virtualization, containerization and orchestration tools
- You are enthusiastic about modern technologies
- You create documentation and share your knowledge
- Degree in the field of information technology or a comparable qualification (e.g. completed apprenticeship in the IT environment)
- Advanced knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language (C++, C#, Python, TypeScript or similar) as well as in the area of container infrastructures (Docker, Kubernetes etc.) and CI/CD environments
- Practical experience with Linux and Windows systems as well as Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS)
- Basic understanding of AI and ML technologies
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- A high degree of initiative, commitment and ability to work in a team
- Good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
