🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure project alignment
• Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for internal and external teams
• Support process improvement and contribute to project management best practices

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, Trello)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
